LiquidPod processes music primarily on your device. Apple Music use, support email, and this website involve external services as explained below.

1. Operator and scope
DynamiteAI handles support and privacy inquiries for LiquidPod. This policy covers LiquidPod and this support website. The privacy contact is dynamiteai.support@gmail.com.
2. Information in the app
Audio files, track metadata such as titles, artists, albums and artwork, playlists, favorites, listening history, playback position, and settings are stored on your device to organize and play music. The app has no feature that sends this information to the developer’s servers. There is no account registration, advertising, advertising tracking, or developer-added analytics SDK.
3. Permissions and external services
The app accesses files you select and your device’s Music library with permission. “From Apple Music” uses MusicKit to request track information, artwork, and playback from Apple Music. This processing is governed by Apple’s service, your subscription, region, connectivity, and Apple’s policies. The app does not send music data to the developer’s servers. You can revoke Music access in iPhone settings; “From Files” remains available if you decline.
4. Retention and deletion
App information remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove tracks using the app’s removal controls. Deleting the app removes its on-device data, while offloading the app may retain data. Manage original audio files and device backups separately. The developer cannot remotely inspect or delete music data on your device.
5. Support email
If you email us, we receive your sender address, message, and any optional attachments. We use them as needed to reply, investigate issues, and maintain support records, not for sale or advertising. Gmail sends, receives, and stores these messages, so Google is involved in processing them. We delete information when it is no longer needed for support and necessary records, unless retention is required by law. Do not send unnecessary personal information or audio files.
6. This website
We have not added advertising, analytics, or submission forms to this site. Hosting infrastructure provided by OpenAI and Cloudflare may process IP addresses and connection information to deliver and secure the site. Email and hosting processing may take place outside your country of residence. Please also review these providers’ privacy information.
7. Requests and rights
Contact our public support address to request access to, correction of, or deletion of inquiry information we hold. We respond in accordance with applicable law and may request proportionate identity verification. You can manage on-device information yourself.
8. Changes
When features or information practices change, we will update this page and its revision date. We will communicate significant changes in a way appropriate to the change.
